Social media MCP server for AI agents

Your feeds, readable by your agent.
It remembers what it has read.

Narro is user-curated social media. Add the profiles you follow on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, or LinkedIn, and Narro collects their posts in chronological order with no algorithm and no ads.

Connect Narro's MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another AI app, and your agent can read those feeds, summarize them, and keep track of what it has already covered from one session to the next.

How can an AI agent keep up with social media over weeks or months?

Give it a source that collects posts on its own and remembers what the agent has already read. Narro is a user-curated social media app: it collects posts from the Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles you choose, and its MCP server hands an agent your oldest unread posts first. When the agent marks them as read, its place moves forward, so each session continues the last one instead of starting over.

An example

Following someone who posts more than you can read

You follow someone on X who writes long threads late at night, often dozens of posts at a time. Some of it is useful and a lot of it isn't.

Instead of reading all of it, you have your agent check that profile, or the whole feed, each morning. It summarizes what was posted since the last time it checked and points out the few posts worth reading in full, with links to the originals.

Then it marks those posts as read, so the next summary starts where this one ended.

Why it works for work that runs over time

It picks up where it left off

On a feed with a Where I Left Off position, the agent gets your oldest unread posts first. When it marks them as read, the position moves forward, so the next run starts with the first post it has not seen. Posts the agent has marked as read are not summarized twice. The position lives in Narro, not in the conversation, so it carries over between chats, apps, and days.

Collection keeps going between sessions

Narro checks the profiles in your feeds several times a day, at least daily, whether or not anyone is reading. When the agent comes back, the new posts are already there. It does not need to run a scraper, call a search API, or remember which sites to visit.

The sources are the ones you chose

The agent reads posts from the profiles you added and nothing else. There is no ranking, no recommended content, and no ads in what it receives, so a summary reflects what the people you follow actually posted.

Six platforms, one format

Posts from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn come back in the same shape. One feed can mix all six, and the agent reads them together.

It can look back without losing its place

Reading with filters, like one platform, a few profiles, starred profiles, a date range, or a hashtag, never marks anything as read. The agent can answer a question about last month and still pick up your daily catch-up where it stopped.

One feed can serve a team

Share a feed and others can follow it, including through their own agents. Everyone works from the same list of sources, and each person keeps their own place in it.

You decide what it can change

Reading is always part of a connection. Changing feeds, including marking posts as read, is a separate permission you can leave off. Agents cannot delete feeds, stop sharing a feed, or touch billing or account settings, and you can disconnect an app any time in Settings.

What people ask their agents to do

One profile that posts a lot
The agent reads the posts a single profile has made since the last run and tells you what was new, with links to the few posts worth reading in full.
A morning briefing
Once a day, the agent reads a whole feed and summarizes it the way you asked: by topic, by profile, or only what relates to a project you are working on.
A story that develops over weeks
Build a feed around the people and organizations involved. Each time you ask, the agent reports what changed since the last time, and can go back through earlier posts with a date range when you need the history.
An industry you keep up with
Follow companies, their executives, and the analysts who cover them in one feed. Ask for what was announced, what was disputed, and who changed their position.
A research thread you return to
Keep a long-running conversation grounded in the same sources. The agent reads only the posts that are new since you last worked on it.

How to connect the Narro MCP server

Add Narro as a custom connector or remote MCP server in your AI app, using this address:

https://mcp.narro.info/mcp

The first time it connects, your app sends you to narro.info to approve the request. Step-by-step instructions for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor are on the MCP help page.

What Narro is not

Not real time.
Profiles are checked several times a day, at least daily, so new posts can take hours to arrive.
Public profiles only.
No private accounts, no Stories, no comments, no DMs. If you cannot see it logged out, neither can Narro.
Not a search engine.
The agent reads the profiles you added. It does not search platforms by keyword or find accounts for you.
Not a posting tool.
Agents read your feeds and organize them. They cannot post, reply, or like anything on your behalf.

Narro MCP server: common questions

Can Claude or ChatGPT read my social media feeds?
Yes. Narro is a user-curated social media app with an MCP server. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another app that supports remote MCP servers, and the agent can read the posts in your Narro feeds from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
What is the Narro MCP server URL?
https://mcp.narro.info/mcp. Add it as a custom connector or remote MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another app that supports remote MCP. The first time it connects, your app sends you to narro.info to approve the request.
How does an AI agent keep track of what it has already read?
On a feed with a Where I Left Off position, the agent gets your oldest unread posts first. When it marks them as read, the position moves forward, so the next session starts with the first post it has not seen. The position is stored in Narro, not in the conversation, so it carries over between chats, apps, and days.
Can the agent look back at older posts without losing its place?
Yes. Reading with filters, such as one platform, a few profiles, starred profiles, a date range, or a hashtag, never marks anything as read.
Can the agent search Instagram, TikTok, or X by keyword?
No. It reads posts from the profiles you added to your feeds. It can help you find profiles already in your feeds and add new ones you name, but it does not search platforms by keyword.
Does the agent get new posts in real time?
No. Narro is not real time. It checks the profiles in your feeds several times a day, at least daily, so new posts arrive over the course of the day rather than the moment they are posted.
What can an AI agent not do with my Narro account?
Agents cannot delete feeds, stop sharing a feed, or change your billing or account settings. Changing feeds, including marking posts as read, is a separate permission you can leave off when you approve the connection.
Does my agent need its own account?
No. Sign up yourself for the 14-day free trial, then connect the MCP server and approve the request. An agent can also create an account for you, but those accounts are paid up front and have no free trial.
